One month old

Millie is one month old today! The past month has been so great.. we feel like Millie has been a part of our family forever! The first picture was taken today at one month old. It was also Millie's first day at church today. We went to Manda and Ben's baby's, Easton, baby blessing. We can't believe how much Millie has already changed in just one month. She is growing up so fast!

Some things we have learned about Millie in the first month:

-She makes so many crazy faces

-She is a smiley baby and we absolutely love her smiles. We can't wait until she smiles on purpose

-She loves sleeping with her hands by her face and does not like being swaddled

-She does not sleep very well in her bassinet but she likes sleeping in her swing

-She is a snuggly baby and Scott and I love cuddling with our girl

-She has such a little personality already and is a stubborn girl.. especially when it comes to eating

-She peed on Scott for the first time while he was changing her diaper last week

-She has SO much hair and we think its so dang cute! She gets some crazy bed head though. We think her hair has already lightened quite a bit.

-She likes sitting up in the corner of our couch and looks all around.

-Millie weighed 8 lbs 7 oz last Monday when we took her to get weighed but we take her again tomorrow so we will see how much she weighs then. She was 21.5 inches at her two week appointment.

We love being parents and think we have the cutest little girl on the planet! (and no we are not biased at all! :))
