The men's soccer season just ended last Saturday. It was surprisingly kind of bitter sweet. I have been working with the team for my athletic training clinical for the past 4 months. I was excited for the season to be over because that meant a lot more free time, being at home when Scott gets done with work, actually getting to make dinner occasionally, and in general spending more time with my hubby. Even with all of that though, I was actually a bit sad for the season to be over. I mean after all, some weeks I spent more time with the team probably than I did with Scott, so I have gotten to know many of the players and staff pretty well! I realized that I may never see many of these people again. I guess eventually we all have to move on, but sometimes I just think I'm not too good about change. I just wanted to say thank you to Deniece, Courtney, the guys on the team, the coaches, and all the other staff who have made these past few months such a great experience. I learned so much and had a lot of fun at the same time. If any of you ever have the opportunity to work with this team, TAKE IT! They are all so wonderful! Thanks guys!
